Information we collect

We store your name, phone number, delivery address, selected products and order note to process your order. For fraud review, we also store the IP address used at checkout and an approximate network location when available. An IP location does not identify your exact location or home address.

How we use your information

We use your information to process orders, contact you, arrange delivery and review suspicious orders. Order and customer details are restricted to authorized staff. Your name, phone number and delivery address are shared with the selected courier when needed for delivery.

Cookies and tracking links

Your shopping bag is stored in your browser. Essential cookies support admin sessions. Keep your private order tracking link secure. When Meta Pixel and Conversions API are enabled on the live site, page views, product views, bag and checkout activity, and successful order submissions are sent to Meta. These events use order values, product IDs, browser and IP information, and advertising click identifiers. Phone numbers are hashed before transmission. Delivery addresses, internal notes and private tracking tokens are excluded from advertising events. Advertising tracking is disabled in the local preview.

Data retention

Raw IP addresses and related network location data are scheduled for removal after 90 days. Order records remain available for processing and customer support. Contact us at the number below to request a correction or deletion.

Delivery, warranty and returns

Home delivery is free on every product, inside and outside Dhaka. Customers pay the return delivery charge when returning a product. Contact Wevaly with your order reference to arrange a return. Confirm warranty coverage and delivery timing with our team before purchasing.
