How do I place an order?
Choose your color and quantity, then select Order now. Enter your name, mobile number and full address, choose your delivery area and review the total before selecting Confirm Order. Our team will call to confirm availability and delivery.
Do I need an account or an advance payment?
No account or advance payment is needed for cash on delivery. Pay the product total when your order arrives. Home delivery is free on every product, inside and outside Dhaka.
Can I enter my details in Bangla?
Yes. Your name, address and order note can be in Bangla or English. Bangladesh mobile numbers also accept Bangla digits. Include your house or road, area and city so we can arrange delivery.
Do the C01 earbuds go inside my ears?
No. The Monster Airstar C01 has an open-ear design with lightweight ear hooks. The earbuds sit outside your ears, without in-ear tips.
What is included in the box?
A pair of Monster Airstar C01 earbuds, a charging case and a USB-A to USB-C charging cable.
How can I track my order?
Open Track order and enter the mobile number used at checkout to see your order references and statuses. Your private tracking link, shown after ordering, also gives you the details of that specific order.
When will my order arrive?
Our team will confirm delivery timing by phone based on your address and product availability. Call 01743 015060 with your order reference for an update.
Can I change my color or address after ordering?
Contact us with your order reference before the order is confirmed or dispatched. Our team will check its status and available stock before arranging a change.
What happens if my chosen color is out of stock?
Contact our team to ask about another color or a pre-order. We will confirm availability and delivery timing with you before proceeding.
Is home delivery free?
Yes. Home delivery is free on every Wevaly product, inside and outside Dhaka. You pay only the product total when your order arrives.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You pay the return delivery charge when returning a product. Contact Wevaly with your order reference to arrange the return and confirm the return delivery cost before sending it back.
What warranty coverage is available?
Please call or message Wevaly before purchasing to confirm the warranty coverage for your item. If you need help after delivery, contact us with your order reference and describe the issue.
